I've been trying to get a refund of $512.00 since November 2023. Just today 04/12/24 they say it's still pending. The sucked my account as auto pay twice. Nov 11 then again Nov 21 2023. 2 dozen calls, told it's being handled and here we are today and I'm told it's pending and they don't know why. Disgusted by this company.
