This Storage company REC NATION does not even deserve 1 star! I am a Professional Engineer and decided to store my $500,000 dollar Motorhome with this half-baked outfit. First, I was baited in by "Check in now and the remaining part of the first month is free", so I made a reservation and checked in around the 15th of the month and received the remaining part of the month "Free", except this flim-flam of a company charged me for their insurance $15.00. I would give a zero if I could. Do not rent from here. First of all, you can't see the unit until you rent. There were informed of our equipment and assured us ours would fit. The next morning we went to the storage unit with the code they gave us, and there was no way our equipment would fit. We called immediately and asked for a couple of other unlocked units and we're told that was not possible. We told them to cancel immediately. Less than a day. I guess this is standard practice for this company. I wish I read some reviews before I rented from them. I had my wife call in to request a move out at the start of April and she was told to go to the website and fill out form. They only told her that they needed 30day notice and nothing about they do not pro rate rent. Well, I filled out the move out form on April 4th and sure enough I was cheated for an additional 27days in May. I have been with this company ever since they purchased out the last storage company. I must say first the reviews I have read are totally untrue or they have inside people in the company they know.  My experience with this company has been lies deficient and last but not least hateful.  Where do I begin.
