Horrible experience, I already knew they are more expensive than other local storage but needed something fast on a sunday and knew it could get done. However, after signing up and getting the camper over there, they did not give me the spot I had requested which was a pull through 40' covered spot. In general we have been happy with having our RV at Rec Nation in Anna, TX. In the beginning if you needed to call the office bent over backwards to help. They have now moved to what seems like some AI bot that you talk to when you call. I realized after reviewing invoices that even though we provided proof on insurance within days of moving into our space they are charging us for their insurance. This Storage company REC NATION does not even deserve 1 star! I am a Professional Engineer and decided to store my $500,000 dollar Motorhome with this half-baked outfit. First, I was baited in by "Check in now and the remaining part of the first month is free", so I made a reservation and checked in around the 15th of the month and received the remaining part of the month "Free", except this flim-flam of a company charged me for their insurance $15.00.
