Google took down my first review so I'm re-posting it. Beware!! This facility requires a $12 per month “protection plan” unless you have insurance on the vehicles you store there. The problem is, even after you jump through all of their hoops to prove you have insurance, they still charge you the $12 per month fee. They also charge a $35 “document fee” if your customer profile is missing any information like a license plate or VIN number. It’s very much a “gotcha” system. Thought it was going to be great. Prefer indoor but nothing available for my 45’ MH. Took covered parking that was supposed to have power. Also rented a spot for my 28’ trailer. No power there either. Called and all you get is some AI attendant. Called 3 different times and never got a call back. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Deland Florida.

I have been a customer for 2 years. The level of service I have received from office staff to team members has been great. Most recently last Monday as I was trying to load a U-Haul when a SDS team member, Matt, was kind enough to help me lift a heavy item! Thank you Matt!!!
