I had two units here. I moved out of one of them but they kept charging me for two. Once they finally got that figured out I kept getting locked out of the facility because they cancelled my code even though I still had another unit. My work trailer was being stored there, so I lost a few jobs because I couldn't access my trailer. When you call its almost impossible to get a human. This facility has irritated me so much that I moved out completely last month...guess what, I'm still being charged.
Great customer service. The property is safe and secure. I'm comfortable with the location
I love the convenience of storage and access to the highway
Customer service is great, Karen was very friendly, she went above and beyond to fulfill my every need and desire, thank you! Storage facility looks very safe, they got cameras everywhere.
