I travel out of town so I specifically asked for 24 hour access when I moved in. I made this fact necessary, and then a few months later last month out of nowhere they revoked my 24 hr access. I get an AI message telling me the access was revoked because I was storing items not my rv? Some crazy AI responses messing with my account. Prior to that, actual employees who called me were not nice and very threatening telling me not to talk to other tenants?!!! … staff will fabricate lies to make you look guilty.
