Called and got a storage unit. Paid for it and was given a unit number and gate code number and said I had immediate access. I drove up there to park my RV and my gate code did not work. Tried calling and nobody would answer the phone anymore. Finally got let in by another tenant and the storage unit they said was mine had somebody else’s lock on it and I couldn’t access it. Have tried calling several times but after receiving payment they won’t answer my phone call

If you love corporate greed, this is the storage place for you. Good luck ever trying to move out without paying extra - they don't pro-rate but also require at least 30 days notice. Also, the doors on the 12' wide units are only 9'10" wide. This makes parking an 8 1/2' wide boat and trailer quite fun. Go anywhere else that isn't a corporate piggy bank with zero customer service. They have a local phone number that send you to AI and it is impossible to talk to anyone.

Raised rent by over 80% in one go. There is no justification for an over 80% increase except taking advantage of people. Were were not on promotion period or anything. We had been paying regular full price rent for over a year. I understand they are in business of making money but 80% + at once is unethical at the very least. $77 to $139 plus tax. RecNation horrible service I have try to get ok contact with customer service multiple times during business hours and it’s always that AI voice answering. Looks like RecNation don’t care about speaking to customers anymore. Worse worse storage I will soon look for a better storage service
