Run away!!!! We just moved to Florida and needed a place to store our camper...after explaining what we had and renting a very large unit, they put us in a spot with a fence 20 ft in front of it...couldn't get the camper in...so we finally got it settled and in a different spot...a few weeks later we get a phone call that they've cut our lock and if we didn't move our camper they would tow it out...took my husband 4 hours to get that straightened out. My experience has been great for about a year now! The place is kept clean, and the hoses work for rinsing. Each unit has its own plug available. They've been good about communicating when there is a gate issue (which is rare). The canopy is a good size!
