Great…except when the 24 hour access isn’t so 24 hours due to the gate code not working. You call the number that says “For 24 hour access” and an automated server doesn’t give you a temp code to get in. FRUSTRATING!
My access code and app would not allow me to exit unit @ 7am. I was forced to be locked inside unit until after 8am, because they do not have an assistance outside normal working hours. How do you have 24hr access without some kind of 24hr on call help?? I also rent 3 units, this is poorly managed company and poorly serviced.
