Great RV storage. Kept up well. Lots of cameras. Has onsite dump and water area. Great shade for our RV. Easy access with app for gate opening. Management prompt in responding.
UPDATE: (May 26) Upon moving out and providing 45 days notice, I was told to send in pictures of the empty trailer space. I did this direct to the email they provided and I was told I met all requirements for move out. I received multiple requests for insurance for my trailer after moveout. I called in and the horrible AI Bot took my message about this issue. I received an email 3 days later saying I never requested move out and needed to provide another 30 days notice. Over charged. Rocks instead of pavement. Do not use their service. You will regret it.
Place is horrible. It markets 24 hour axis, but you have to call every time to get a gate code, and the gate code doesn’t work. When you try to call for an actual person, all you get to talk to is an artificial intelligence, but, that doesn’t help and says that you will pretty much be stuck there until maintenance gives you an answer which is indefinite.
