Place is a scam. Make it nearly impossible to cancel. Charge you for an additional month after you cancel.
I’d like to be able to view the security cameras to make sure my storage unit is OK. The automated service is beyond stupid and can’t help anybody
After checking 4 other storage companies, Karen was the easiest and most knowledgeable of the availability of thier yard. Even though we had a problem with the gate she stayed with me till I was all set. Thank You!
I would give it less if it would be possible. The place is covered in mud and grass. Looks more like a trailers graveyard. The Spaces are narrow and the Trails separating the parking areas don’t have enough turning space when towing a trailer. If you are parking an RV you need to get a 30” minimum even if you have a way smaller one. Make sure to ask all questions because they are not willing to refund the money even if you never used the facility.
