Very poor communication. Concerns about overcharging.
Never even store my boat there and got charged for 2 months called for a refund wasn’t made aware I needed ins. on both trailer and vessel didn’t mind other info they needed nor could they refund me also that want you to pay in advance for a few months incredible watch where you store stuff
I had a question about my billiing. I have called four times and get stuck in an automated nightmare. I have NOT gotten one call back despite the AI voice saying my concern has been escalated to a manager and my call is marked as urgent.
Place is a scam. Make it nearly impossible to cancel. Charge you for an additional month after you cancel.
I’d like to be able to view the security cameras to make sure my storage unit is OK. The automated service is beyond stupid and can’t help anybody
