Renting, moving in would be 5 stars but service when calling in for help & now moving out is maybe only 1-2 stars. Someone threw chunks of asphalt under & around our boat. Then the telephone help at Rec Nation said the code was changed & we couldn't get in to see what was going on. It wasn't changed, we just moved out anyway. Now they want us to pay for a last month. Facility was ok. Don’t like that I have to give at least a 30 day notice of termination of lease. Otherwise you get charged for the next month. Every facility I gave worked with in the past a two week notice was sufficient. Not with this place. So I miss the cut off by 3 days, I still have to pay the next month. I will never rent from RecNation again.

You might save your money but you'll end up wasting more time and with headache! I could give it more stars because it seems like nothing has happened to our stored trailer but all 3 times we have been to the facility, to drop off and then to visit in 8 months, every time there has been an issue with the gate. Another member confirmed the same issue. When we first went to drop it off the gate was wide open and no one around to monitor it.
