Corporate offices are terrible. Phone calls dropped. Online payment required autopay for future. Sorry I can’t give negative stars
We have been trying to clear up a billing dispute for over a month. Between no one calling me back, the manager at our location not following through with fixing the problem and NOW threats to action off our unit I am furious with your company. I also call and try to talk to some6and only get an AI answering the phone. Very poor customer service.
Id leave zero stars if I could. Dont waste your time here. Corporate greed has taken over. They will cheat you and find a way to charge your credit card. God forbid you aren't paying attention. Mark seems to be a folksy, honest person. Whoever he works for is chomping at the bit to charge the credit card you give them for storage. Do not trust these people. I originally stored my camper with Beach Rv Storage and then it was sold to Rec Nation. The pricing obviously had changed due to the new owners. in 2025 we decided to sell our camper on May 1,2026 sale was completed by Robert Armstrong . The storage was cancelled on that date since we no longer had a camper to store in Conway SC. We were charged for the full month for storage and then we were charged an additional fee for insurance for the remainder of the month due to the insurance expiration.
