I guess this is standard practice for this company. I wish I read some reviews before I rented from them. I had my wife call in to request a move out at the start of April and she was told to go to the website and fill out form. They only told her that they needed 30day notice and nothing about they do not pro rate rent. Well, I filled out the move out form on April 4th and sure enough I was cheated for an additional 27days in May.
