I never moved into the unit, never registered for an access code and called to dispute a charge for the month of April on April 2nd. Not until April 16th after several attempts to contact management and after several call back promises were made I finally spoke to someone who now informed me that I will be charged for May as well. If Rec Nation does business like this I would be really careful on what you agree to. This is nonsense. They took another payment out!!!!! They will not return my call and keep charging my CC . I have been renting 2 different spots, for my boat and trailer, I had issues in the beginning from people parking their vessels in my spot for long periods of time to having additional fees that were removed after I addressed them, I ended up renting another unit, which I canceled when signing up, as my agreement I paid my monthly for my one unit, and they still blocked me out of facility until I paid the other unit when it should of been canceled, I spoke to Christy, not professional, didn’t have any customer solution for m... read more
