If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. Terrible communication with customers. Something is ALWAYS broken. Price is INSANE. For what we pay - NOTHING SHOULD EVER BE BROKEN. Funny how you can reply so promptly to a 1 star Google review --- but you still have not contacted me regarding my concerns with the delays being caused by your company in scheduling a move out date.
So east to set up a new account with Alyssa! She went over all the storage details for our RV and sent paperwork immediately so we could complete the contract!
