This used to be the best doctor's office for mental health for children until it changed hands recently and they replaced all the staff .Now people don't follow up and my kid goes without medication they don't answer the phone and the doctors don't have compassion like they used to. The customer service is lacking. Everybody changed it used to feel like home people would greet you and your child shake your hand or give you a hug we used to offer you a massage chair and coffee and ask about your day. If you are struggling with your mental health don't waste your time with this office... Not only did I explain my symptoms multiple times to my physician and I was disregarded and not given proper treatment..Any time I had an issue with a prescription & I would ask the office for assistance I would be told go to the hospital to figure it out. I had a positive experience with Reclamation Center of Fort Lauderdale. The staff was professional, compassionate, and genuinely focused on helping clients feel heard and supported.
