Sometimes they are just rude with they answer the phone especially when trying to make an appointment. I’m switching to over to someone else I rather home therapy anyways
The staff's at reclamation center are doing a good job and my case manger Tania Nelson is super excellent 💯👍👏 manger that helps me with my situation and my psychologist helps me with my medicine 💊and the side affects from the meds.and Ms. Muriel the teacher for psr group therapy help you with understanding the topics and she asked how are you doing and checking to see if you are okay for the day.
Reclamation center is a good place that provides many services, Miss Phara is a good person,very wise and kind,I like reclamation and all the employees.
Miss Phara is amazing! She’s professional, kind, patient with everyone, and truly passionate about what she does.
Phara is such a loving person. She's always there for me whenever I come to reclamation and reminds me how I'm enough and she taught me a lot in PSR group.
