Brenna is incredible!! I very highly recommend her. I have EDS and chronic pain, and she is helping me so much. I had tried many different types of bodywork before finding her, and RAPID truly stands out. I really recommend trying it, even if you feel like nothing else has helped.
Brenna was very comprehensive in understanding past injuries, stressors, and familiarity with body work. She did a fantastic job at providing immediate results and especially in explaining the process (which my previous bodywork experiences with other providers were lacking). Brenna also gave ideas and recommendations on ways to stretch and heal at home!
Brenna's work is incredible!!! I came in for severe neck pain and couldn't even straighten my neck. I left with my neck completely free of pain and able to hold my head high for the first time in quite a while. It was such an enormous relief and I was completely hooked!!! I strongly recommend. I came to R.T.B. struggling with chronic pain and imbalance and also recovering from an injury. The work Brenna does had immediate benefits so I returned for several visits. I went from being in constant pain and having trouble walking to being able to run again and do my work without discomfort. If you need help, R.T.B. can do it. Highly recommend.
I’ve put off writing this review because what I’ve experienced with Brenna Fox at Reclaimed Bodywork feels almost too good to be true. I kept expecting the massive shifts to wear off or reverse—but they haven’t.
