Every once in a while you encounter someone who makes a task far more enjoyable simply by their engagement, hard work, and enthusiasm. Elsa was the front-line customer service person who took my calls, and photos, and endless text messages as I searched for wide plank pine for a project. We are so sad to leave a bad review for this company. We would never use them again. We were excited to order ceiling beams from them back in February. We received the beams last week, and they are so bowed- a few at least 2-3 inches. It will take hours and hours of work to try to get them even usable. We called right away and were told that a manager would be calling us on Monday. On Tuesday night we finally reached out to see when we might get some resolution on this. We ordered in Colorado and it came in the time frame they said the wood is gorgeous we ordered a little more than 10% and had very little waste when using so we have extra for another project. Was just what they said
