We are so sad to leave a bad review for this company. We would never use them again. We were excited to order ceiling beams from them back in February. We received the beams last week, and they are so bowed- a few at least 2-3 inches. It will take hours and hours of work to try to get them even usable. We called right away and were told that a manager would be calling us on Monday. On Tuesday night we finally reached out to see when we might get some resolution on this. We ordered in Colorado and it came in the time frame they said the wood is gorgeous we ordered a little more than 10% and had very little waste when using so we have extra for another project. Was just what they said

Big fan of Reclaimed DesignWorks as I have purchased a reclaimed mantle a few years ago. Recently bought a new home and bought another mantle to be installed. Unfortunately, the mantle I selected from the Denver showroom is not going to work in our new space. Called the showroom to see what my return options were for a refund or a swap for other products they sell. They proceeded to tell me that I would not be able to return the mantle or even swap out the mantle for another product they sell. I am really disappointed in the... read more
