Dr. Rickard, is so understanding to my health. He took time with me explained in detail of what is happening to me. He took the time to help me with a treatment plan which can help with my health problem. I totally trust Dr. Rickard, He listens, and is compationate. Also when I walked in to his office the office staff is remarkable very caring. The nurses are so kind to. I had a 100% excellent experience. Thank you Dr. Rickard, and your caring professional staff.

(Negative five stars for the front office staff.) Dr Reckard is a personable and knowledgeable doctor who fully listens to you and then explains all of your options, along with his recommendations. I've worked with many doctors as a patient coordinator, and Dr Reckard is an exceptional doctor, bar none. Unfortunately, one must go through his front office to schedule appointments, and their social skills are zip, zero, and zilch. A very personal, professional and accomplished general surgeon. Dr. Rickard uses the latest and most up-to-date surgical devices in his procedures, utilizing a laparoscopic and robotic approach to my hernia surgery. He personally called me at home following my surgery answered all of my questions which made me feel very comfortable after my operation !
