Buying my first EV from recharge was a fantastic experience. Jackson was great and very knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had and it was an easy car buying experience. I would highly recommend going to Recharge if you are thinking of going electric.
My Tesla wouldn't unlock one morning in my garage. I called Tesla and they ran diagnostics on it, which showed it was normal. They told me we had to towel the car to Omaha for service. So I called Recharge and Jackson was able to quickly diagnose my car with the 12 V battery being dead. After work that day Jackson and his technician were over at our house, in our garage, and resolved the problem. I couldn’t recommend them enough with their prompt service and diagnosis. Thanks Recharge!
I couldn’t recommend Recharge any more highly!! Jackson is super knowledgeable on anything Tesla (or just cars in general). He is very easy to deal with and worked with us to find the perfect car for us. The detailing team at Recharge is great as well. They cleaned it up so well that when we gave some friends a ride they thought it was brand new! Even after buying the car, Jackson has been helpful with all our questions and concerns. We couldn’t be happier with everything!!
