My Grandson has been coming here for two and a half years. He receives Speech, OT and PT we are so grateful that all his services are under one roof. Admin has always been great with communication, Cathy, Hannah and Gerrick have been great at creating a schedule that works for his School and Recess. We truly do appreciate them for all that they do.Even with all the recent changes we definitely feel this is the best place for him. I am extremely disappointed with this clinic and, at this point, I would not recommend them to another parent looking for consistent therapy for their child. The most frustrating part is that our son was doing well with his original therapist. We were genuinely happy with her, we were seeing progress, and she had established a relationship with our son. For a child receiving therapy, that consistency matters. Then the clinic removed her from his schedule without giving us any prior notice or discussing it with us first. We w... read more
My son was on the wait list here , by the time they had an appointment available my sons authorization was going to expire 2/18/2026 and they had availability march 13th . Kathy the director/supervisor asked me to contact my sons doctor and ask for an extension I tried to explain to her if they can reach out to his office because their systems had been down for over a month and I don’t know how I could get the extension to her and if she calls maybe she will have a different out come . they do not work with parents schedules. they are disorganized and office administration lacks empathy
