Terrific local gym. New equipment, extremely clean excellent staff. Especially Roman “Drago” - if you need a personal trainer - he’s your guy.
I’ve had a great experience training with Roman at Recess Fit Club. He helped me build a consistent workout routine that aligned with both my short and long-term goals, while also keeping me accountable with my eating and walking habits outside the gym. I’ve been coming for 3 years now and love strength training now thanks to Recess! Roman is the best, he makes working out fun!!
I loved this place...until I didn't feel welcome anymore. This was my go-to workout spot in the city. I commuted 45 minutes each way for it, which says everything about how much I valued it. I've spent a lot of time trying to figure out what changed. My best guess is that things shifted after we started following each other on social media — my views on certain topics may not have gone over well? Or was it my back and forth of coming and going?
