I just started working with ReceptionHQ. They were great at getting my scripts lined up in their software to make sure the ReceptionHQ team sounded like they were in my office when they start taking the calls. I worked with Julie on the customer experience team to get started she was great at getting back with me quickly and helping me make sure everything was perfect before we turned everything on. So far, my experience has been great and I'm excited to keep working with them!
Had the pleasure of speaking with Ashton today! What a gem. I'd had a small issue with my account and Ashton was so attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. In an effort to help resolve the matter for me, he said he would email me all the information I needed...and within ten minutes of ending our call, I received that email and was quickly able to resolve my issue! Customer support team member Aston was very helpful. We reviewed my options and got my account set up the way I had intended it to be from the onset. There are more features available than the initial onboarding presented. After our conversation, he followed up with a summary email which is most appreciated. Thank you.
Avoid this company. I cancelled my client’s account on December 1st, confirmed it multiple times, and was told clearly that I would not be billed again. Despite that, ReceptionHQ still charged me on December 3rd. When I called, the rep admitted they saw the cancellation request, but I got a confusing mix of excuses — first that it needed to be “escalated,” then that she needed to “review the notes herself.” Nothing about it made sense, and I’m now waiting on a callback for something completely straightforward: They billed m... read more
