Mina was awesome! We had an incident where we were receiving repeated calls that were spam in nature (probably using some type of AI generated software). Mirna quickly and effectively assisted us with our issue and was so professional and polite while doing so! We are very grateful for her help. I just started working with ReceptionHQ. They were great at getting my scripts lined up in their software to make sure the ReceptionHQ team sounded like they were in my office when they start taking the calls. I worked with Julie on the customer experience team to get started she was great at getting back with me quickly and helping me make sure everything was perfect before we turned everything on. So far, my experience has been great and I'm excited to keep working with them!
Customer support team member Aston was very helpful. We reviewed my options and got my account set up the way I had intended it to be from the onset. There are more features available than the initial onboarding presented. After our conversation, he followed up with a summary email which is most appreciated. Thank you.
