This company makes it apparent right off the bat that they're just trying to collect on the debt and that it's nothing personal. I tried to make it personal, but they just guided me and verbally hugged me through the process. Really, I couldn’t be mad at them. They treat you like a human being and they'll work with you to arrive at a monthly payment that works for you. They were really agreeable, friendly and professional.
Receivables Performance Management seems like a company that never loses sight of the human element in what they do. They always treat you like a person and they never pass judgment on how you got into the situation you’re in -- that you've been taken to collections. Of course they want to collect on the debt, but they work with you to make it reasonable and realistic for you to pay it off in terms that work for you.
I had a debt that went into collections and I was able to settle with Receivables Performance Management at a lower rate which helped me out a lot. They're willing to work with you, especially if you want to pay off quickly. They can also work with you for a prolonged period if you can only make minimum payments. You don't ever want to have to deal with being in collections, but if you ever do, I hope you get to deal with this company.
This company is actually very friendly and responsible. I'm not proud to say that I've dealt with collection agencies more than once and usually they are pushy to say the least and resort to foul methods to get what they want -- even if you're an older lady like me. They don't care about you as a human being. But not Receivables Performance Management. I set up a payment plan that works for me and I even missed a couple but they were really cooperative and helped me out.
Receivables Performance Management, LLC is a company that's dedicated to giving back to the community. As a long-time employee of RPM, I'm always uplifted by the contributions from RPM and its employees. On top of participating in multiple charity events, each year RPM holds a Holiday food drive where employees are encouraged to bring in non-perishable food that is donated to local shelters and people in need. Additionally, Howard George, the CEO of RPM, sponsors multiple families of current RPM employees. These families in ... read more
Obviously, you don't really wanna have to deal with being in collections or deal with an Accounts Receivable service at any time in your life. But receivables performance management was a company that worked with me from the outset. I never felt like I was being judged and we both work together to reach an amicable conclusion.
Honestly, I seriously doubted I would have a positive experience with Receivables Performance Management when I read their reviews online. However, after seeing their name show up on my credit report, and after my mom received a letter from them in the mail, I knew it was time to start making arrangements to pay this debt. Overall, I know a lot of people reading this will think this review is fake or whatnot. And I totally get that because I had the lowest possible expectations for this company. But if you just give it a sho... read more
Different companies use different applications and systems to limit their risks in this area and update their data. Helping set up and design one’s receivable management are an acceptance system (determining whether a new customer is accepted or not), monitoring system (checking the entire portfolio for insight into current customers and suppliers), and invoicing system (sending invoice manually or automated and with reminders logically aligned). https://receivablesperformancemanagement.blogspot.com/…/too…
