They have illegally obtained my information. I called and spoke to some guy named Eric Balderas, informed him that he no longer had my permission to disclose any information, he told me they would continue using my information how ever they wanted. Horrible company. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the CFBP. These people are a bunch of crooks.
Unprofessional and harassing people even though I’ve told them multiple times and filed many complaints that I am not the correct person. When I got a new phone number two years ago, it was for a lady that owes them money, but not me!! They don’t care. Please file with BBB against this company and the FCC!!
This place doesn't check who they're calling. They've been calling my father's cell phone up to six times daily 7 days a week not knowing that he's not even the person they're looking for. We've blocked the call reported the calls and they keep coming. We've called the company and ask them to stop calling my father's phone and they think it's a joke.

Filing scam company!!! Trying to scam me for the money I didn’t owe at all!!!! They are stealing personal informations to do their so called collection!!!!
RecommendedWent above and beyond completely overhauled my furnace and showed me what he did and got it running really nicely I feel like he made it more dependable great service experience.

They can not improve. Awful service and they will harass you even if you are not the person they are looking for!
