Refuses to abide by federal law to show a breakdown and itemized bill. So I refuse to pay till such time
Company has persisted with calls and is very rude. Every time I answer a lady says she's Dana on a recorded line. That's not a greeting or an opening to a conversation that's going to start off on the right foot. They would be more effective if they would properly announce their name and the company they're working for. I've requested to not be called once before and again just now. Next time they can talk to an attorney of my choosing.
