Creepy........Inaked what the personal matter is and they needed to ask me to give them my personal information and I said no let me know what the personal matter is and they said we have to verify your personal information. And with that they said we'll be sending you something in the mail to the address that is on file. I responded by saying okay. What in the world???!!!
The person who I spoke with was completely rude and could have just stated why she was calling. When you call the company it says why. She hung the phone up on me before I can say anything. How do you expect to get something paid if you’re rude.
Scam, don’t pick up if they call. Rudely asked for personal information but refused to state why they were calling. Demanded information when I asked why then rudely hung up
This place sucks. They don’t care. Harass you all times of day and night. They treat their employees terribly and demean customers racially. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE Ever.
