Rude. Staff ate our lunch when it was inadvertently delivered to them. Did not apologize, but continued to eat the lunch.

The worst experience EVER with this little agency. I chose them to manage my child's CDPAP program for I decided to be the worker. It became extremely frustrating just over a blood test results which was NEGATIVE and they first stated that they needed to talk to the doctor and I was OK with it. Then, a different story was given, that they needed to speak with the Case Representative, which I chose it also but they didn't answer the phone... way TOO MUCH just to have them to make money over my family's cae. Honestly the worst company to work for and the worst company to trust your love ones with. These people are horrible! My mother used to work for them for 15 years, she was placed on disability. I personally hand in the disability forms. they lose the form and claimed that they never received it to not pay my mom anything for her disability. It’s disgusting how they run this organization.
