I visited Rec Mode for a trial class -- it was a great experience, from first emails to the class itself. Everyone there (Maxine, David, Coach Base) is kind and welcoming. The space is great, with a ring, bags, and room for cardio and strength training. Coach Base made sure class was extremely challenging but a lot of fun! If you are looking for boxing classes in the area, absolutely check out Rec Mode!
Wow !!! That is all I can say !! I had a nice work out with Mr. Perez today in Glenmont shopping center. Thank you , I needed that look forward to coming to the gym
Family, fun warm non judgmental place to come workout ! The fitness classes are awesome, you are going to pushed your goals. Your job is to show up , and the Recmode family got you. Members will encourage you and cheer you on. Class sizes are small. What sticks out to me the most is the youth program, and alll the employees do to support the children in the community. My son has been coming to RecMode a little under a month, he really enjoys coming. The gym is welcoming and friendly and clean. The coaches who work with kids know what they’re doing and are great teachers. I’ve told many people to bring their children and let them learn the art of boxing great for all ages.
