Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They all care about their patients and there level of comfort while doing rehabilitation.
Exercises are simple but them all together and I feel then strain.
Tessa is a wonderful listener and has a very soothing presence. As a witness to her abilities I highly recommend her to anyone! You will be in very capable hands 🤲
Tessa's massages are out of this world. Her energy instantly soothes and relaxes, and her touch feels intuitive, skilled, and deeply nurturing. I get the sense that Tessa genuinely loves her work and is a natural healer.
Carla is fantastic the exercises are really great. I love having Carla as my trainer she really knows what she’s doing. I highly recommend her.
