Rita is a force of nature. I just completed a Yoga Nidra training where Rita created a beautiful healing container for everyone who attended. She's an empathic healer and talented teacher. Highly recommend!
I just finished my Abhyanga massage and love this space! Lissette was kind and knowledgeable about Ayurvedic therapies. I will definitely be coming back for the cooking classes, yoga, and body therapies!

I did a two-person abhyanga, shirodhara and svedana in-a-row here and thought it was great. I felt much healthier and very relaxed afterwards. Would definitely be up for doing them all again. The shirodhara felt like a light forehead massage and I liked it here better than other places I've tried it.
