I was expecting more. After my first appointment I contacted my Dr and asked for my referral to be sent to a PT office that offers more than a personal trainer would at a gym. The PT at Rebound continued to walk away while I was doing the exercises for the first time so he could chat with other people nearby. He never went over how the exercises would help with the pain and insisted I come in twice a week (nice for his pocketbook). My new PT (Empower) is night and day in comparison to Rebound. Love the staff all are very friendly and helpful.
