Great experience with physical therapy. The exercises helped my neck and shoulder pain. Emon, Destiny, Sharon, and staff make it as fun as PT can be.
When I arrived I was told to get on the bike for 10 minutes. No explanation was given as to why I needed to do this. I was told when I completed the 10 minutes that it was to warm me up for the other exercises. Why didn't I need to warm up on the last visit? I was told what to do and for how long and then the doctor left me. She did not have any other patiences.
