I’ve been going to rebound for many years for my knees and doctor Newman was an amazing doctor who really listened and helped me with my knees I’ve had 11 surgeries and not one single complaint but now I’m back for my foot and the doctor Shay is a nice person but I just don’t think she really knows what to do because not only is my left foot hurting but my right foot hurts and has a bunion on the side that is really really painful and she just keeps making me come back and every time she has nothing helpful or even seems to ... read more
Dr. Wong has shown not only incredible knowledge and skill as a top of the line orthopedic surgeon, he is also very good hearted and caring.
Good surgeons but their administration is severely lacking. They do not return calls as promised; this has occurred three different times where I have to keep calling back to get an answer. I’ve been kept on hold for 30 minutes and that was just to get them to answer the phone. Today I was supposed to have a phone appointment that I confirmed. The doctor was a no-show. The seem to have a lot of rules to make their lives easier but don’t follow any that would make a patient’s life easier.
This was a new Dr for me replaced one who left the state. I was very fond of the old Dr and was apprehensive of the new one. Fortunately I like Dr Coale very much. He took plenty of of time to discuss my concerns and made me feel very welcome even though I arrived at least 45 minutes late due to a mix up which was my fault. So I am happy. Thank you.
Dr. Coale has been incredibly professional, responsible, and kind. My son was unfortunately hit by a car on his way to school and suffered a severe distal radius fracture. Dr. Coale performed the surgery to realign the bone, and remarkably, the pain began to ease the very next day without the need for pain medication. Four weeks later, the cast was removed and he began physical therapy — two weeks earlier than expected.we are truly grateful for him and his team excellent care.
