Renter Beware!! The equipment I rented for my post knee surgery arrived as promised and worked fine for 10 days. However, the machine cut-out at 5:45 PM on a Friday and Rebound Medical office is only open MOnday through Friday 8 -5 . I left a message and someone did get back to me the next day to say they could exchange the equipment first thing MOnday. So now I'm without the equipment for 2 plus days ? I had a very good experience with them in February but now, I am having a dreadful experience. I have been home from rehab for 5 days with a machine that does not work. Christrna keeps telling me they’re out to lunch. They’re in the field. They’re evidently in training all day. I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor or owner and lo amd behold they have all left for the day. It’s 3 pm. Take your business somewhere else.

Grateful that this superior cooling machine exists. I had a full hip replacement six years ago and I literally recovered from this major surgery with Tylenol and the Rebound cooling machine. I just booked this machine for my sister who is having a shoulder replacement. (Her insurance isn't covering an ice machine and Rebound Medical gave me a great fair price for a one month rental.)
