Had a wonderful experience. The people and atmosphere is so uplifting! This place is not your ordinary gym experience. You have fun and work hard. You have a trainer walking you through everything. Every workout is done in a group, where everyone encourages you. You have many people with all different body types. All striving to live a healthier life.

I have been to other gyms. This is by far the best one I have been to. Simple meal plan, easy and quick exercise sessions and it is fun. 1st month lost 10 pounds, but it is more than that. I feel better, have more energy and sleep better as well.

This place has changed my life. I have acquired a new life that consists of healthy eating and regular workouts and lost 45 pounds in the process in a short amount of time. The atmosphere is fun & the staff is so supportive & knowledgeable. Coach Mike is the best & truly cares about us & wants us to succeed and be healthy. You gotta try this!

Following the meal plan, and going to 4 workouts a week, I lost 25 lbs in 2 months! The workouts are fun, and the meal plan is not like your typical "diet". You eat real food and there is no small portions! You eat until your full! You will get results!!

GREAT GYM! If you are looking for a gym that makes exercise fun with easy class schedules and actually gets results, You will love it here! I love the fun variety of work outs and everyone is so supportive.Speaking from experience I lost 33 pounds in about 90 days. I look great most importantly I feel great! this gym has completely changed my life and I know it will do the same for anyone else too!
