If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend was SEXUALLY ASSAULTED in there (she’s 23, by a 40 something year old man) and the staff has done nothing about it what so ever, they just sit and allow it to happen. Please do not send your love ones here. Not to mention her paperwork is completely wrong, they put that she has a kid who is 17?! That doesn’t even make sense.
Other than the food not being too bad, and the one sweetheart of a nurse (Lavonne), don't waste your time unless you don't mind being lied to, and enjoy playing juvenile games with the very unprofessional people who have no business being in this line of work. They have no problem withholding life-sustaining medication from you when you've had all you can take and tell them about themselves and hurt their tender little feelings. Would never recommend , none of your family or loved ones to go to this place. Please see if you can change places before picking this one. My experience with Rebound was horrible. Staff did not return my calls, and I do not feel my son received proper treatment. As a parent trying to get help for my child, the lack of communication was frustrating and upsetting. If u could leave more than 5 stars I would. This hospital truly took their time to understand me & my short comings. God for bid, if I ever needed to go back for help. It would be this facility. Thanks to the whole team.
