Great facility
Pray your loved ones don’t get sent here by the court. It’s like pulling teeth to get any information. They’re unprofessional, uncooperative, and will not return your calls.
Released my mother without my knowledge. I’m her legal gaurdian, I showed them proof of court order petition, with seal. Did not tell me where she was released, I called the police department to follow up. Staff told deputy she was sent to a facility, she was roaming the streets until someone was kind enough to bring her home. no one called back after numerous attempts to find and hold the person/people responsible. Hi Allison, sorry for taking so long to leave a review. I came here voluntarily because of my dad rushing me here on short notice on the morning of September 30th, after wanting to be sent to some kind of inpatient facility because I was desperate for help which I wasn’t receiving, and to be honest, I still have yet to receive. Rebound is by no means a bad place to be, but I wouldn’t really call it a good place to be either.
