This was our first time at Reboot Float Spa, and we had been looking forward to this experience for a while. We were genuinely excited to try something new and relax together--but the experience was completely ruined by how we were treated afterward. After our session, my boyfriend and I were approached by the two women at the front desk who accused us of going back and forth between each other's rooms and leaving a shower door open--none of which happened. Did boots and infrared sauna. The people working here are very friendly. Comfortable, clean, and overall nice vibe. They took initiative to adjust my appointment when they noticed the times overlapped.
Treated myself to float therapy for the first time to relieve body tension and left with a deep sense of relaxation for the rest of the day! The staff was kind and I appreciated the lemon water and subtle lemongrass aromatherapy. The only thing is that the neck support pillow in the float pod had rips from overuse and I wish I could get the light to stay the same color. I'd love to come back to try the infrared sauna with the float!
Floats are so interesting... They take you in a different direction each time and you come out of them feeling extremely relaxed and happy. This branch of Reboot is really great - friendly staff, clean, relaxing music and great design. Highly recommended!
Consistently delightful experience start to finish. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful, kind, and keep the place spotless.
