This company is a bunch of bs. I initially began rebuilding my credit in November around Thanksgiving. They took my money and I hadnt seen or heard from them since excepted when they'd call saying i was missing an appointment. An appointment I never made because they were always during my work hours. The last time Bob called and left a message asking when i wanted to start a second cycle (me giving them more money) which was in April. Business response:
Ms. Johnson signed up for our services in November of 2016. Due to some personnel changes her file was was neglected and we are sorry for that. We recontacted her in May and commenced the service which she signed up for. We attempted to contact her for follow up after letters went out to on July 26 but received no response. We are happy to to either complete our services at no additional cost to her or to refund everything that she has paid
