Terrible customer service if I could give 0 I would. The woman behind the counter is extremely rude.. she was the redhead with the lazy eye. Not helpful, extremely rude, and tried to embarrass customers.
I went down there today to upgrade my home gym, they had a couple of models on display, both models I looked at were in bad shape, weight stack was cracked, seats were wobbly, parts were loose or missing, knobs cracked in half. I actually don't know if the celsius gear is just cheap trash or it wasnt put together / maintained properly.
