A huge thank you to the staff member who helped my son Ryan get some new soccer boots yesterday being 27 October. It states on the docket that he was attended to by Nick P - Assistant Manager - Shellharbour Store. Ryan is a keen soccer player and was super excited to go to your store. Went in today to buy a pair of boots for my son. The staff was exceptional even though it was busy. I had a kind girl that was very knowledgeable in helping us get exactly what we needed. On the box it says her name was Ella L. Will definitely be coming back after our positive experience from her.

I popped into Rebel Shellharbour just before my son’s soccer game to grab him some shin pads, so I was in a bit of a rush. A lovely staff member asked if I needed any help, which I really appreciated but knew what we were getting. Checkout was super quick and I was in and out within 10 minutes. The store is huge and the service was excellent, can’t fault it!
