Excellent salon with a friendly and professional team. They took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered outstanding results. My hair looks fantastic, and the service was efficient and high quality. The environment is clean and comfortable. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend this salon.
Cancelled on me not once but twice… Don’t waste your time with this person.
I was really looking forward to my appointment, but after rescheduling twice, I was squeezed in on top of another appointment. I felt like the service was rushed and like I was an inconvenience asking for my hair washed and styled (shouldn't that be included with a cut?). The haircut was fine.
Rescheduled my appointment, never showed up to the new appointment, then ghosted me.
I am new to this area and going to school at UI. I needed a haircut and I found Rebel Roots Salon on instagram. I was very nervous being new to this area and not knowing anyone but I took the risk and I booked an appointment. And let’s just say it really paid off. Kenzie did an absolutely beautiful job on my hair, I was so happy to see the final product. This girl really knows how to cut some hair!
