Best group training in Guelph! If you look at the research on what makes a comprehensive, progressive strength program, they've incorporated it all through thoughtful programming. As someone who values an efficient workout, a consistent class time, and a community that keeps you accountable, the Strength Academy group training classes have been exactly what I was looking for. I'm so glad Rebel has been a non-negotiable part of my routine for the past year (+).
Incredible people and energy. I have known Matt and Erin for a number of years now and I am so thankful I got to sign up for the group training sessions. It’s just something different and fun every time you are there. Lots of well crafted blocks on each workout and something that I have been personally enjoying and would recommend to anyone who is looking for guidance, muscle building , or simply just getting into something that helps you reshape YOU for the first time. Love you guys!

It’s been a long time since I’ve looked forward to going to the gym. Matt and Erin have created the perfect mix of expertly programmed classes that are scalable for everyone, while still being challenging and fun! No matter where you are with your fitness, you feel supported, encouraged, and motivated every time you walk through the doors. As someone navigating midlife and working through old injuries, finding a gym that understands the balance between pushing yourself and training smart has been huge. Best gym ever!!
