Excellent service, helpfulness and attitude from TRISTAN (stands our from others in the team who are not as interested in helping). Didn't baulk at going the extra mile to go out the back and find the right size fins (and was aware they'd gotten new stock). Keep up the good work mate!
This store never has stock of sizes. All they got left over large sizes
Running a circus, came in wanting to see if they had any futsal shoes (EMPTY SHOP BTW) - 3 employees, 2 of us the girls were just arranging clothes. I asked one of the girls if they had any futsal shoes and she almost rolled her eyes and said they had whatever was available on the wall. On my way out, I asked the guy at the counter the same thing just to be super sure, and he said that they DID Infact have them but didn’t display them as they didn’t have enough display space, so the girl was just lying to me, and is she wasn... read more
