I bought a product last week and wanted to return it, but the person at the counter yelled at me. She claimed that I had worn it and said it smelled, but it was actually a gift and had never been worn. Great experience with Micheal and the team! Called them on the phone helped and then arrived to store and they completed the deal! Highly recommend
I came in just before closing one evening and needed quite a lot of help with pieces of gear. Instead of turning me away, the staff helped me out. I requested that the stock be ordered into the store. Chloe made sure to order them the next day and contacted me right after she did. They went above and beyond what was required of them.
