Spent 2023 here. I can honestly say this was nice for what it was.. transitional housing. I was going in blind because I wanted security, low rent and a good location. As a student new to Vegas I felt safe with it being close to a campus that was patrolled regularly. And it’s like 5min from the airport & you can walk to the campus library . It’s open to the public for certain hours which is nice. But really I wouldn’t recommend long-term. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE. MANAGER CAMERON IS RUDE, DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS SAFETY OR CONCERNS. SHE HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE PROBLEM. THE OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY IS EXTREMELY DIRTY AND THE TREES, PLANTS ETC IS NOT TAKEN CARE OF AT ALL. THEY ARE GROWING LIKE CRAZY, MAKING IT HARD TO EVEN WALK WITHOUT GETTING SMACKED BY ONE. This owner purchased this complex in Nov 22 and did no due diligence, had no keys to the units. 30 days after I had moved out(given a 30 day notice as required) landlord asks if she can have the keys because she didn’t have any. A slumlord the enjoys oppressing its residents and former residents. If I could if this O stars, I would. The management is useless and disregards everything. They are in the business of scamming students, that's it. I had to move out early and just let them keep my money for the remainder of my lease because they refused to intervene as my neighbor moved multiple people in and was smoking daily. It's beyond filthy and creepy and I suggest you save your money and live ANYWHERE else.
