Went to Rebel Hornsby Store this Monday for a $63 refund for the polo shirt and gave me the incorrect $42 refund with no apology at all. I sent an email on the same day in relation to the above matter but no reply so far until I put this review. The first lady I approached was attentive and tried to seek advices from other colleagues and it took 3 extra staffs to sort this out but with no apology from any of them at all.
I went to Hornsby Rebel on Wednesday and I was served by Megan. When I was browsing in the store I couldn't find the correct size for a Nike jacket, Megan came to assistance and went above and beyond to see if there was any out the back for me. When she discovered there were not any in the store she ordered one for me and had it delivered at no extra charge. It arrived the following day. Thank you
Ethan was not willing to serve this morning. May be because I was looking for discounted range. The shop was empty but he left me with one shoes then left. Until I spotted him and called him he came back with an answer and left again. So I searched the shoes sizes from the rack myself. Very sad to be treated like that.
