The rudest staff and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Had really a good time buying 4 pairs of shoes and socks for my boys. Maggie was so lovely! Truly amazing service- was super patient and helpful!
Ordered a pair of shoes online. Shoes where to small, returned them to my closest store in Qld. Nearly didn't get a refund as Hornsby store sent me a pair of shoes that had already been worn. They had grass and dirt on the soles of them.
