A big store with a decent range of products, but the positioning of the store up in the food court meant I didn't realise it was actually there (for +1 year), until I actively needed to find it in the directory.

Went to Rebel Hornsby Store this Monday for a $63 refund for the polo shirt and gave me the incorrect $42 refund with no apology at all. I sent an email on the same day in relation to the above matter but no reply so far until I put this review. The first lady I approached was attentive and tried to seek advices from other colleagues and it took 3 extra staffs to sort this out but with no apology from any of them at all.
