Really disappointed with the customer service I received at Rebel. A staff member named Olive was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude throughout the interaction. The way I was spoken to and treated as a customer was completely unnecessary and honestly made the whole experience very uncomfortable. Extremely misleading pricing and poor management attitude at this Rebel store. Products located in the sale section have bright‑red sale tags, yet the “sale price” is identical to the regular price. There is zero actual discount. This creates a false impression for customers that items are marked down. I raised this issue directly with the store manager.
