I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience on behalf of my wife, who left her appointment at Rebel Hair feeling devastated and in tears. She went in for a balayage touch-up, requesting a soft, blended look with a base of 7. Instead, she walked out with a finishing level of 3N — far darker than what she asked for. I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve seen Lyndsey a few times since moving to WA and always found her to be kind and professional, which is why I’ve recommended her to multiple friends and strangers over the years. Unfortunately, after my most recent referral experience, I can no longer do that in good conscience.
