I paid $300 to get my hair dyed. I asked for a dark, cherry red. The first color I received was almost pink. I was squeezed in for the next day to get it corrected. They applied the dye quickly, which I understand why, she double-booked me to get it fixed. I wasn't really checked on and when I was done, they asked if I would be OK to leave with wet hair. What a great salon - I'm neurodivergent & always just accept that a haircut is going to be a stressful experience for me, but Rebel Hair & my stylist Atlas took such great care of me. Atlas was so accommodating about my sensory needs and asked about how to help me be comfortable before I had even brought it up. I actually had forgotten one of my sensory aids and they offered me one of their personal aids with no hesitation! The staff here are very kind and the owner did the right thing by giving me a full refund, but a refund doesn't fix the fact that my hair is destroyed. My goal was to grow my hair out; now, I have no choice but to cut it into a pixie and start the entire process over from scratch. ​I specifically asked Maria for a mushroom tone and for my roots not to be touched. Very open and accommodating to people of all ages and genders. You can schedule a consultation, in case you aren't sure what exactly you'd like. This time was a vivid color touchup and a haircut. My stylist (Meikayla) tried letting the color absorb for a few minutes longer to get that darker rose gold I was looking for. Something that's a little fun is that many of the stylists have fidget tools in case you're getting antsy. Fun and clean bathroom, too.
