⭐ 1-Star Review This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at any store, and it happened at this Rebel location. I went in simply to get help with a pair of shoes I bought about 5 months ago that developed holes despite normal use. Worse experience ever!!!! This shop didn't care about earn the money. Especially the customer service !!!! Super rude !!!! As me the last customer and super willing to buy it. This shoes cost around $300. When the time came up to 4pm. Their staffs just wanna leave. And let me come back the next day. OMG. Must be 1 of nearly a dozen shoe shops in Carousel. I obviously haven't bought shoes for a long time. Our assistant gave help, ran out the back a few times until we got the shape, size and brand. He even price checked other stores but couldn't do any better price.
I walked in,the guy at the counter said hello,there was a Woman that worked there,she didn't approach anyone to ask if they wanted help,15 minutes walking around, and no one approached me to ask if I needed any help. Shit service.
