Worse experience ever!!!! This shop didn't care about earn the money. Especially the customer service !!!! Super rude !!!! As me the last customer and super willing to buy it. This shoes cost around $300. When the time came up to 4pm. Their staffs just wanna leave. And let me come back the next day. OMG. Must be 1 of nearly a dozen shoe shops in Carousel. I obviously haven't bought shoes for a long time. Our assistant gave help, ran out the back a few times until we got the shape, size and brand. He even price checked other stores but couldn't do any better price.
I walked in,the guy at the counter said hello,there was a Woman that worked there,she didn't approach anyone to ask if they wanted help,15 minutes walking around, and no one approached me to ask if I needed any help. Shit service.
I came here to buy shoes after not finding a suitable pair at athletes foot. Alicia was very helpful in pulling shoes from the back for me to try and was very accommodating and apologetic when she couldn't find my size for some options. I left with a pair of purple sneakers and appreciated the helpful and friendly staff
