Extremely poor customer service & unprofessional behaviour (Rebel Cannington, 30 Nov 2025) I had a very frustrating experience at Rebel Cannington on 30 Nov. The day before, I spent around $500 in-store and wanted to buy the On Cloudsurfer Max shoes. Rebel Cannington had no stock in my size to try, and staff told me to check other stores in Carousel (not Rebel) since Rebel didn’t have my size anywhere. I did exactly that. Just visited this place for first time. Amazing staff. The girl at front desk (didn’t get her name) was amazing. She handled a mean customer really well. Give her a raise.
