I had the most marvellous sales person, Michelle. Experienced, friendly and professional, she was patient, asked lots of questions, knew her products, and had practical advice to give. I’ve just returned from my month hiking in China wearing the gel-kayano 33s that Michelle recommended. I’m delighted with their performance and Michelle’s very personal sales skills. This is what exceptional sales service looks like.

Just want to say a big thank you to Abbi. She was absolutely wonderful. Went out of her way to get us what we wanted and made my daughter really happy as she found the shoe she really wanted. Abbi was patient and professional. Made us feel so comfortable and respected. She is truly a gem. Thank you and we appreciate what you did for us.
