When I arrived to pick up my order, service was prompt and friendly - too easy!
I feel like the service was really disheartening like no greeting at all, no common courtesy and straight away rudeness. One of the staff (the younger one, although the older lady was really nice) seemed undertrained and lacked situational awareness, she never asked if I needed a bag at checkout and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I came to have a look and potentially purchase a new Garmin watch. I sort of had an idea on what I was wanting but also wanting to get a few opinions. I was offered help as soon as I went to look at the products as they had an expert in for the watches, which I took the offer.
