I’d never really worked out before because gyms always made me nervous, and I worried everyone would think I was doing things wrong. After having my 3rd baby 5 months ago, I decided to give this kickboxing gym a try — and I’m so glad I did! Everyone has been super welcoming, and the coaches are amazing. They really push you to work hard while still making you feel comfortable, even as a beginner. It’s been a fun way to get back into shape and prepare for my goal of joining the military. Highly recommend!
