Dr is pleasant but difficult to get follow up appointments and test results. MRI was done weeks ago and provider had had many other things she is doing. I had even agreed to go to one of the other offices but a couple of days I was scheduled for the Shippensdale office I got a voice mail wanting to rescheduled again. I called back and once I got through (20-30 minutes) I was told I could meet with her and they did not have the other's doctors schedule. They said they would call back but I have heard nothing.
