Unprofessional. The way they run their office is inefficient.
Best Doctor I have ever been to!!! (and...I'm 85 years old and have seen many Doctors). She is very informative and is the ONLY Doctor, in 3 years of my suddenly not being able to walk, who has put a name to my disorder AND got a hold of x-rays (from other Drs.) to show me what the problem is!!! I HIGHLY recommend her.
Dr. Krall is fantastic. I always feel like she is listening to me and she does a great job explaining our next treatment course and what to expect. I have had previous rheumatologist barely examine me and never listen to my concerns about my disease progression. I was ready to give up before i got a referral to see her. I really love Rebekah as a doctor I do and I don't want her to be misrepresented, but the nurses are rude! Its VERY hard to get ahold of her. Every single time I call I have to take a message and I NEVER hear back or they put me on hold for 10+ minutes answer the phone then hang up. I dont know who hired them but this is not how you treat Doctors patients.
WORST office EVER. I was told that bloodwork out of pocket MAX would be <100 when i got the bill they told me i had to physically drive to the office and provide a copy of the bill. They would not accept an email with a picture of the bill with the codes. That means i have to drive all the way over to their office which is ridiculous today with all the technology we have to physically hold the paper. They were extremely rude.
